Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms apply to all creative, design and production services provided by Fraime. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Fraime provides creative direction, concept development, image and motion production, AI-assisted asset creation, digital design and front-end implementation.

The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees, payment schedules and milestone arrangements are defined in project proposals or retainers.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Work may be delivered in phases.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days.
• Late payments may incur interest.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of Fraime until full payment is received.

Upon final payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client for agreed usage rights.

Underlying working files, processes, AI systems and proprietary methods remain the property of Fraime unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Use of AI Technologies

Fraime integrates AI technologies within its creative workflows. Clients acknowledge that certain elements may be generated or enhanced using AI tools.

Fraime ensures professional quality and originality standards but cannot guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated elements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public project information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fraime's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. Fraime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
